Production Information

Zirconium diboride (ZrB2) has high melting point, high modulus, high hardness, high thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity, and good thermal shock resistance due to its strong chemical bond.The composite ceramics made of zirconium diboride as raw materials have excellent comprehensive properties. Zirconium diboride (ZrB2) can be used as a modifier for carbon-carbon and carbon-ceramic composite functional materials, which can greatly improve the strength of carbon fibers and increase fatigue resistance. For wear resistance and high temperature resistance, the modification effect is very obvious, and all indexes are greatly improved.

High purity: the highest purity can reach 99.99%, XRD detect no impurity phase, GDMS detect low metal impurity element content;

Concentrated distribution: standard normal particle size distribution, no bimodal or multimodal.

①Standard 1-3um (D10>1.0um,D50:1.2~1.8um,D90<3.0um,80% of the particle size is concentrated in the range of 1-3um)
② 10-60um Plasma thermal spraying cermet powder(80% of the particle size is concentrated in the range of 10-60um)
